What currency does your site use?
We use United Arab Emirates dirham (AED). However, a currency converter is available on the website for you to know your rate.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. Note, cards issued that do not carry one of these logos will not be accepted.
When will my order ship?
In the case of domestic/GCC orders, please allow up to 5 working days. For international orders, please allow up to 10 working days.
Do you have an option for Gift Wrap or Gift Messages?
Unfortunately, we do not offer this service at the moment.
What if I need to change or cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to make any changes. You can request to cancel your order then place a new order with any changes you need. To request a cancellation, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible and be sure to include your order number in the request. We’ll do our best to help you cancel before it ships; however, since we process our orders rapidly, we cannot cancel if your order has already been shipped.
What is the status of my order?
Once you have received your shipping confirmation e-mail, you are provided with a tracking link to view the status of your shipment. Please note it can take up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. Any information about back ordered or canceled items will be included in a separate email.
What if I receive a damaged item?
Even though it is highly unlikely as we take pride in our products’ quality, but if it does (our apologies in advance ☹︎) contact us right away at firstname.lastname@example.org and it will be taken care of.
What if my package is lost?
If your package gets lost in transit, please contact us at email@example.com. We will file a claim and do our best to take care of the issue in a timely manner.
Please note: We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages, especially if a package has been delivered and signed for at the correct shipping address provided at checkout.
